Valvoline d’Elifine Z is a mare from the best motherline of BWP just like the stallions Bentley van de Heffinck, who is the son of the full sister of her dam and Quel Homme van de Heffinck, double German champion with René Tebbel, who is her mother’s half-brother. Her mother’s full sister is Aprilla who rode under Daniel Deusser’s saddle in the 1.60m events.
Souvenir van de Heffinck, another full sister of her mother, also competed at the level 1.50m – 1.60m under the saddle of Wilm Vermeir.
The dam of Valvoline d’Elifine Z herself also competed in 1.35m events in the Netherlands.
